Tomasz Kozieł, a PhD student in history (Faculty of Humanities, JDU) has a great pleasure to invite to the exhibition entitled "On the trail of churches on the border of Wiltshire and Oxfordshire". At the exhibition you can see atmospheric photos of small towns surrounding Swindon, such as: South Marston, Brinkworth, Royal Wootton Bassett, Purton, Lydiard Tregoz, Lydiard Millicent, Lechlade on Thams and Malborough. The history of most of them dates back to the early Middle Ages, and some functioned as settlements in pre-Roman times.
