2nd cycle studies
Required documents:
3 a copy of higher education diploma issued in Poland
or
a certificate or a diploma of graduation from first-cycle programme issued in a country other than Poland and certified with an apostille or legalised by educational authorities of the country of issue; recognised, in accordance with the validation of foreign studies and certificates, as an equivalent of a certificate issued in Poland; unless exempt from nostrification in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education
or
a certificate or a diploma issued in a country other than Poland and recognised, on the basis of bilateral agreements, as an equivalent of a certificate issued in Poland
The original document needs to be available for inspection by 30 October 2020 at the latest.
4 a copy of a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to undertake studies in a chosen field of study
The certificate issued in a language other than Polish has to be translated into Polish and certified either by a sworn translator (registered on the list of sworn translators and interpreters of the Ministry of Justice) or by the Polish consul; the certificate is valid for the period of 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
medical certificate – the original certificate has to be available for inspection by 30 October 2020 at the latest
5 an accident and health insurance coverage for the period of a stay in Poland, or a European Health Insurance Card, or a copy of health insurance with the National Health Fund - the original document and its copy need to be available for inspection by 30 October 2020 at the latest
6 two passport standard photographs 35x45mm in jpg. format
7 an application fee proof of payment - Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA, account number: 23 1750 1035 0000 0000 1301 1378 (150 PLN from candidates applying for courses for which admission procedure requires art-related tests and assessments, or 85 PLN from applicants for other courses)
8 a copy of a valid passport or other ID document - the original document needs to be available for inspection by 30 October 2020 at the latest
9 a copy of a valid Polish Card (if applicable) – the original document has to be available for inspection by 30 October 2020 at the latest
10 a copy of a certificate in Polish language proficiency - the original document has to be available for inspection by 30 October 2020 at the latest. If needed, a paid Polish language course is offered by the University.
For all documents issued abroad in a language other than Polish, translation into Polish is required, certified by a sworn translator registered on the list of sworn translators and interpreters of the Ministry of Justice, or by the Polish consul.
