Invitation to the V Fitness Marathon
The academics of the Physical Education & Sport Centre invite the JDU community to the V Fitness Marathon, which will take place on Friday, November 24 at 9.45 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. We will conduct four 30-minute workouts, prepared by students of Physical Education and invited fitness instructors. In between trainings, there are surprises awaiting attendees such as: gym memberships, dietary and physiotherapy consultations, tickets to cultural and sports events in the city, to name but a few. As part of the promotion of the University, the event will also be attended by high school students from Częstochowa.
