Examining vegetable and fruit mousse ENRICHED WITH FIBRE PREPARATION FROM POTATO STARCH


The research carried out as part of the project entitled "Development and Implementation of an Innovative Technology for the Production New Generation Fruit and Vegetable Products Enriched With Dietary Fibre Preparation From Potato Starch With Prebiotic Properties for Children and Youth”, co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development, headed by Professor Janusz Kapuśniak has entered an advanced clinical trials phase. A clinical trial is any prospective study that involves a person or a group of people in one or more health-related "interventions" to assess the effects on their health [...] Interventions include, but are not limited to, drugs, cells and other biological products, surgical procedures, radiological procedures, devices, behavioral procedures, the application of changing procedures in medical care, health prevention, etc." The studies have been officially registered in the ClinicalTrials.gov's worldwide database of clinical trials managed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the U.S. National Library of Medicine in the United States.
