From 31.10.2023 to 02.11.2023 in Paphos (Cyprus), a meeting of representatives of universities and National Erasmus+ Agencies from 19 countries, entitled "Impact of Erasmus+ placements on Higher Education", was held. On behalf of our University, as part of the three places awarded to Poland, the event was attended by dr Andrii Galaidin, a specialist for foreign relations in the Department for Research and International Relations.
During the event, specific topics related to Erasmus+ traineeships were discussed, such as inclusion for people with fewer opportunities, settlement and recognition of internships, issues related to host organisations, convergence of internships with the field of study, employment issues after the end of the internship/studies.
Contacts were also established with Erasmus+ coordinators for internships from other universities, Latvia, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Slovakia, Ireland, to name but a few.
