Yet again, the issues on the quality of life, health and physical activity brought together the researchers and scientists from 12 countries (Korea, Canada, China, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Algeria and Poland) who participated in the second world congress: “Quality of Life in Interdisciplinary Approach” that was held on 5-7 November 2019 in Kochcice near Czestochowa. The programme was enriched with the workshops of yoga and Slavic gymnastics led by world-class specialists. The results of scientific research of the JDU research groups were showcased, of the ‘Activity-Culture-Health’ Student Research Group, Physiotherapy Student Society and ‘Psychology & Culture’ Interfaculty Student Research Group in particular.
