On December 13-14, 2018 the Department of Visual Communication of the Institute of Fine Arts (JDU), a Cultural Centre - OPK Gaude Mater and the Museum of Match Manufacturing in Czestochowa held a joint Symposium on ‘Photography: a craze for cataloguing’. The Conference brought together renowned historians, critics and academics from higher education institutions and centres throughout Poland.
